I am a proud owner of a computer running Windows 8.1 and have been experiencing difficulties trying to connect my xbox 360 controller to the device through bluetooth. Every time I try connecting to my controller, I receive an error 1309 error reading from file pes 2013\\xinput1_3.dll. There is already a program installed called "Play and Go" which allows you to use your controller with your PC, but it's not working for me either because it keeps giving me the same error message every time I try starting it up. It's really frustrating and I can't seem to fix it. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Apparently it depends on your Windows version, but there is a solution that works for all versions: After you get the error message, click Stop and continue, this will add the android BLUETOOTH service on your computer. Then go to control panel android BLUETOOTH service and add your controller on your PC!After downloading an update for FIFA 14 there was a problem with my GPU drivers so I uninstalled them through Device Manager and did a fresh install. The problem I was having was that it would not let me play online or in a club, but would let me create a club and play offline. After reinstalling the driver, my FIFA 14 would not start saying that there was a Launcher error. The solution to this problem is to go back to your Device manager and uninstall the AMD/ATI graphics driver (in the display section) and reinstall it. I did this and now FIFA 14 works perfectly. The original cause of the problem was that when I uninstalled the drivers, Windows couldn't find them again and installed generic ones instead (which didn't work for FIFA). A lot of people believe that you can run Windows 8.1 without the use of the physical press-and-hold power button, but this is not true. When your PC goes to sleep while you're away, there will be no way for you to wake it up other than by pressing the power button. http://pcworld.com/article/2124753/windows-8-1-launch-tips.htmlWindows 8. 1 Launch TipsDetected as incompatible hardware: "Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz" With recent updates, Windows 8.1 has been made more stable and easy to use than ever before. However, many users have reported various errors and problems with their Windows 8 and/or Windows 8.1 operating system after the update. These issues may cause your PC to not be able to turn on or respond at all or to randomly shut down or become unresponsive. cfa1e77820
